Quadzygoma rehabilitation uses four zygomatic implants to support a fixed full-arch prosthesis when conventional implant placement is limited by advanced maxillary bone loss. Assessment considers the available zygomatic anchorage, sinus anatomy, soft tissues and the restorative space. The objective is to develop an individual surgical and prosthetic plan for a complex anatomical situation.
Three-dimensional imaging allows the surgical team to evaluate implant trajectories and coordinate them with the planned tooth positions. Surgery and prosthetic design are considered together from the outset. Immediate loading may be possible when the clinical conditions and implant stability support it; the definitive timing is individualized.
The aim of treatment is to restore function, confidence and a balanced smile with a fixed restoration. Regular maintenance and clinical reviews remain part of the treatment pathway.
